You can control your telephone system easily and conveniently via the web portal. Here you can easily and conveniently make all settings related to your telephony. When and where you want to be reachable, you can simply set online. Call up the SIPSTAR user interface from your PC or smartphone and make settings such as call forwarding, automatic time control or voicemail (answering machine) with just a few clicks. The SIPSTAR user manual or telephone support during office hours will help you.
You can order the SIPSTAR telephone system easily and conveniently using the online order form. The order is made in simple steps:
- Choose the package you are interested in.
- After successfully completing and sending the form, a member of our staff will contact you by phone or email. He will then discuss with you the next steps like porting, on-site setup, configuration. Personally, we would like to get to know you!
Payment is made by invoice. Globastar AG will invoice you at the end of each month for the services used. You will receive - as usual - a detailed telephone bill showing all calls made in detail. In this way, you always have an overview of your costs - simple and transparent.
It is currently not yet possible to charge the services you use to your credit card.
At SIPSTAR, it is the service and not the contract that is binding! There is no minimum contract period. All our products and options can be terminated with a notice period of one month to the end of the month. This is what we understand by customer friendliness!
